A new way to launch a home in WA: NWMLS has introduced "First Look" — a new listing option designed to give sellers and their brokers more flexibility during the early stages of bringing a property to market.

With First Look, a home can be entered into NWMLS while it is being prepared for its full Active launch, allowing for:

• Up to 21 days of pre-launch marketing
• Access for all NWMLS member brokers
• The option to begin showings—or wait until the Active launch
• More control over how broadly the property is marketed online
• Greater transparency around the property's pre-launch history

For sellers, this can create valuable time to thoughtfully prepare a home, refine positioning and begin generating qualified interest—while maintaining access to the broader NWMLS marketplace.
