Katie was born and raised in the small community of Gilford, NH. Katie’s love for the surrounding nature started at a very young age. She is an adventurous individual that genuinely has a love and appreciation for life! Katie met her husband of 18 years at Laconia Christian High School and got married shortly after graduating! Katie and her husband are both local business owners. They are grateful for their amazing clients for putting trust in them. Katie and Devin work hard each and every day to give top-quality service! Katie and her husband bought their first home together at the age of 20. They loved gaining the freedom of making their house a warm and inviting home to raise a family in. They are now raising our 3 beautiful children and put a strong emphasis on being present in their lives. The Barlow family loves four-wheeling, dirt biking, motorcycle riding, hiking, boating, and many other outdoor activities in the Lakes Region! They also participate in several local outreach programs including Care Net, New beginnings, and an annual backpack/school supply drive. She even loves to travel and volunteer while she’s at it! Katie has had the opportunity to go to Peru and help out in some remote villages and has volunteered for many years with the NYC Relief Team to provide food, clothing, and other necessities to the less fortunate. Katie has always had a passion for Real Estate. She was able to start this chapter almost 3 years ago with the support of her family. She is committed and passionate about building her real estate career and making it one her clients can be proud of!

This is definitely not about getting all 48 done quickly but i'm determined to get it done. Eventually.
🪨So many rocks. My legs hate me today but it was worth the journey.
🥾Always with amazing company and even with a few injuries we all walked off safely & always taking care of each other ❤️

They came to me super frustrated & had worked with other realtors for a few years before we met. I got to know them and we came up with a plan to move things forward. Although, I can't count the probably hundreds of homes toured and lots of rejected offers we never gave up! 🎉

💪Patience, determination & constantly re evaluating the market pays off! Many conversations of encouragement to not give up & positioning ourselves just perfectly to put this together even against multiple other offers.

On the day of closing they said multiple times "I can't believe we actually got this as it has been such a long journey!" 🏡 I love this part of my job!
