Everyone tells you what a Realtor should care about—here are 5 things I actually don’t 💅

1. Don’t stress about the laundry or the dishes for our first meeting. I’m looking at the bones and the layout, not your housekeeping. We can get it HGTV Ready when it’s time for photos.

2. Want to see a house for the 3rd or 4th time? Let’s go. This is a huge decision; you should be 100% sure before we sign anything.

3. If your ‘must-haves’ change mid-search, that’s okay. Whether you suddenly need a yard for a puppy or a condo to skip the yard work—we adapt.

4. Whether it takes three weeks or ten months, I’m in it for the long haul. You’ll never feel pressured by me to “just pick one.” You’ll know when it’s the right one.

5. Send the text when it’s on your mind. If I’m available, I’ll reply. If not, I’ll get back to you first thing in the morning. No apologies needed.
