Our course will cover 60 classroom hours of real estate principles and practices and include subjects such as real property and the law, real estate brokerage, leases and property management, appraisals, legal documents, financing, and more.

Our program is geared towards adults of all ages, who are interested in becoming real estate agents, either full-time or part-time. All classes are currently being held virtually (via zoom) including the final exam.

💡 Before you can become licensed as a real estate agent, you must take a pre-licensure course from a Connecticut-approved school. The course must meet the minimum requirements as set forth by the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Real Estate Commission.

💻 Our 7 week, virtual, pre-license real estate course is taught by agents, for agents to prepare you to succeed at the exam.

To become a Connecticut real estate agent, you must perform the following:

✔️ Complete 60 hours of approved Connecticut Pre-Licensing education (that's us!)
✔️Receive a grade of 70% or more on the Course Final Exam
✔️ Gain pre-approval by PSI BEFORE registering to take the salesperson examination
✔️ Pass the Connecticut Real Estate License Exam
✔️ Receive your Connecticut real estate license
