🏡 PENDING IN McCALL! 🏔️

Congratulations to my sellers at 220 Ernesto on accepting a FULL-PRICE OFFER! 🎉

Selling a home is more than putting a sign in the yard and waiting for an offer. It takes patience, communication, adjusting when the market gives us feedback, and having a strategy to keep moving toward the end goal.

I’m incredibly thankful to my clients for trusting me to guide them through this process. We made adjustments along the way, stayed focused on what we wanted to accomplish, and now we’re officially PENDING! 🙌

Next stop… CLOSING! 🔑

If you’re thinking about selling and wondering what your property could bring in today’s market, I’d be happy to sit down, talk through your goals, and build a strategy that makes sense for you.

🎉 Under Contract in Caldwell! 🎉

Big congratulations to my sellers on 5410 Barkley Way for accepting an offer and officially going under contract! 🙌

This one is extra special, under contract as a VA assumable offer, creating a win-win opportunity and opening the door for something most buyers don’t even realize is possible in today’s market.

That’s the difference between just listing a home… and strategically positioning it.

Grateful for my clients trusting me through the process 🤝
Now we push forward to closing! 🏁

👇 Here’s the real question…
If your home had a low-interest VA loan attached to it, would you know how to leverage it to attract stronger offers?
Often this is not talked about, and often can be a missed opportunity.

📲 If you’re even thinking about selling (or just curious what your home could do in this market), message me “VALUE” or shoot me a DM. I’ll walk you through your options—no pressure, just real strategy.

Huge thanks to Alliance Title & Escrow and Tara’s amazing team, the outstanding crew at Creekside Mortgage, Inc., and a special shoutout to Chelsea Vliet going above and beyond to bring it all together.
Now to the fun part… building your dream home!
