🚵‍♀️ How about mountain biking the trails in the Ada-Eagle Bike Park? We had fun getting back on the bikes for sure

➡️ With over 200 acres, the Ada/Eagle Bike Park is jointly managed by Ada County Parks & Waterways and the City of Eagle. The park includes an extensive series of trails that connect to the Ridge to Rivers trail system. Broadly, Ridge to Rivers is an interconnected network of roads and trails coursing through the hills

The park offers trails skill levels ranging from beginner to expert abilities. Other features include freeride jump lines, a pump track, dirt jumps, dual slalom race course, mountain cross race course, a BMX track and more!

👉 There was a decrease in days on market in the majority of the area

👉 Home prices are increasing (make sure you take a look at those DOUBLE DIGIT CITIES!

👉 The number of homes sold decreased, but is that due to low inventory? Call us to find out.

Our dear friends Joanne and Jeff came to Boise to pick up their sweet daughter Joie today. ☺️

We enjoyed a great breakfast at Big City Coffee in Boise with them before they had to move Joie out of her dorm and head down to AZ for their sons move out of his housing.

We have been blessed to have Joie with us for family dinner almost every Sunday this past Boise State school year 🥰

August hurry up and get here so we can have our 2nd daughter back with us. ♥️

Thanks Joanne and Jeff for sharing her with us. You have raised an amazing girl and we are blessed to have her and you in our lives. 😘🥰
