A Caldwell restaurant just made the New York Times’ list of the 41 Greatest Mexican Restaurants in America.

Amano Cocina Mexicana on Main St. Chef Salvador Alamilla is doing oak-fired barbacoa pits, nixtamalized tortillas, and L.A. birria tacos that people are driving from Salt Lake to eat.
