Tomorrow we close on Groveton, and this one feels extra special. 🏡❤️

What many people don't see is that this home has been nearly a year in the making.

From planning renovations and improvements to preparing the home for market, navigating showings, and ultimately finding the right buyer, this journey required patience, trust, and a lot of teamwork.

Not every real estate story is a quick one.

Some take time.
Some require perseverance.
And some are all the more rewarding because of the road it took to get there.

I'm incredibly excited for my sellers and grateful they trusted me throughout the process. Tomorrow we celebrate a successful closing and the start of a brand new chapter.

When a major retail brand decides real estate is worth betting on, it says everything about how powerful this industry really is. Everyone wants a seat at this table, and honestly, I’m not surprised.

Will it work? That’s a whole other conversation. But the fact that outside companies keep trying to break into real estate tells me one thing: this industry is built different.

Real estate always wins. 💪

Closing day is tomorrow for this beautiful Revana home! 🏡✨

This one was a whirlwind in the best way.

After hitting the market, we had a buyer call directly from the sign, schedule a showing, fall in love with the home, and go under contract in less than 24 hours.

It's a great reminder that sometimes the right buyer is simply waiting for the right home.

I'm so excited for my sellers as they close this chapter and for the buyers as they begin their next one.

The worst real estate advice in Meridian sounds right... until it costs you money.

I hear the same myths all the time from buyers and sellers across Meridian and the Treasure Valley.

Things like:
❌ "I should wait for rates to drop."
❌ "I don't need to talk to a lender until I find a house."
❌ "I should always offer way below asking price."
❌ "The Zestimate is what my house is worth."

Some of these are harmless misunderstandings.

Others have cost people opportunities, thousands of dollars, or months of waiting for the "perfect" time that never arrived.

My job isn't to tell you what you want to hear. It's to help you make informed decisions based on what's actually happening in today's market.

I'd much rather give you the honest answer now than watch you learn it the hard way later.
