When the training is so engaging, nobody stops to take a perfect picture! 📸 We hosted a training this week at our beautiful newest community, The Hawthorne Apartments , throwing every wild curveball we could think of at our leasing team. From navigating the “Sound Obsessed” to winning over the “Relentless Haggler,” we had a great time running hands-on mock tours.

The back-to-school season is just around the corner, Treasure Valley! 🍂🎒

Whether you are a parent prepping for the morning rush, a college student getting ready to head back to campus, or a professional looking to get back into a solid routine, that end-of-summer shift is fast approaching.

Getting out the door early doesn’t have to be chaotic. Here are some tips to help make that morning transition just a little easier:

Create a “Launchpad”: Designate a spot by the door for your laptop, keys, and bags the night before.

Automate Your Morning: Set up the coffee maker and prep a grab-and-go breakfast before you go to sleep. Your first 30 minutes awake shouldn’t require heavy thinking!

Protect a 15-Minute Buffer: Wake up just 15 minutes before you have to start getting ready. Drink your coffee in peace before the day’s demands hit you.

Set a Departure Alarm: Set an alarm on your phone for exactly 5 minutes before you must leave. When it sounds, all scrolling stops, and shoes go on.
