Repeat clients mean so much. This has been a busy busy spring! Congrats to Tara’s sellers on a successful closing. Tara was able to help them purchase this home off-market when they moved to Meridian a couple years back. They have enjoyed their time in this home and brought home their first baby here 🥰 It was well-loved and maintained and it paid off! Their work requirements caused them to move pretty quickly after going under contract, and thankfully we were able to complete things remotely for the remainder of the transaction. Wishing them well on new adventures in Virginia and maybe one day they’ll make their way back to our area!
