The surefire and best way to find land is always going to be getting connected with a qualified realtor in the area you're in.

To my knowledge not a single manufactured home retail store owns property, especially in mass quantity, where they can set you up to buy what they have.

It would be really nice if they did but that's a whole other headache. We're just really good at selling homes.

If you're looking for land and interested in putting a manufactured home on it, start by getting a max loan approval so you know what you budget for. Then connect with a great realtor and you'll be on your way.
