A few months before she passed, I made a promise to a homeowner. ❤️
After more than 50 years of loving her home, her greatest wish was that it would provide as much as possible for her children. I told her I would do everything I could to honor that.
We were able to fulfill that promise, the home sold for more than $50,000 over asking involving multiple offers. Working with her family through the sale was one of the most meaningful experiences of my career. The memories and emotions tied to that house ran deep, and I will always be grateful they trusted me to walk alongside them.
