I’ve had a lot of job titles. This one’s my favorite.
Before real estate, I worked oil rigs — started on the floor, worked my way up to rig manager. Long hours, hard weather, and a crew counting on you to get it right every single day.
Then banking. Then tech. Somewhere in there I also became a personal trainer, because apparently I don’t sit still well
Here’s what all of it taught me: people don’t remember what you sold them. They remember whether you showed up, told them the truth, and did what you said you’d do.
That’s the whole playbook. That’s it.
So when I sit down with a first-time buyer who’s nervous about rates, or a family relocating to Idaho who’s never seen the Treasure Valley in person — I’m not running a script. I’m just being the guy I’d want on my side if I were the one signing.
My wife and kids and I get to call Meridian home, and helping other people land here (or level up here) genuinely doesn’t feel like work most days.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling — this fall, next spring, whenever — I’m easy to find. Let’s have a real conversation.
