Big things are coming to the Treasure Valley.
Whether you're already here or thinking about making a move, here's a look at some of the projects and businesses generating a lot of excitement right now:
Bluebird Social
A new Greenbelt gathering spot bringing live music, food, drinks, events, and a place to spend summer evenings by the river.
Green Acres Food Truck Park
Now in its new location near Ann Morrison Park, Green Acres continues to be one of the best places to grab dinner, listen to live music, and enjoy Boise's outdoor lifestyle.
The District at Ten Mile
One of the largest developments ever proposed in the Treasure Valley. Plans include more than 600,000 square feet of retail, Idaho's largest Target, Life Time Fitness, In-N-Out, restaurants, hotels, office space, housing, and more. It will be several times larger than The Village.
Downtown Caldwell Expansion
Caldwell continues investing in downtown with improvements centered around Indian Creek, expanded recreation opportunities, walkability, and future riverfront amenities designed to keep transforming the area into a regional destination.
The Park at Expo Idaho
A nearly 50-acre destination park is taking shape in Garden City along the Boise River. Plans include a world-class playground, skatepark, food truck plaza, trails, open space, and direct Greenbelt access. It's expected to become one of the region's largest recreation destinations.
The Boardwalk Expansion
Garden City's riverfront continues to grow with new restaurants, bars, and entertainment concepts coming to The Boardwalk, adding even more reasons to spend time along the Greenbelt.
Micron Expansion
Micron's massive Boise expansion is one of the largest investments in Idaho history. The project is expected to bring thousands of construction jobs, hundreds of long-term high-tech jobs, and continued growth to the local economy while helping establish the Treasure Valley as an even bigger technology hub.
One thing is clear: the Treasure Valley isn't slowing down.
