The market is picking up momentum! March saw the highest number of home sales so far this year, with new construction making up 45% of all sales.

Resale home prices (20+ years) increased slightly, driven in part by buyers looking for larger homes. If affordability is top of mind, Kuna and Star continue to offer some of the best value, with average prices in the mid-$400s.

📈 There's also a strong forward momentum: pending sales have increased for 4 straight months, with a high number of homes set to close in April and May.
