🏡SOLD!! We closed on Lane and Aly’s home in Spokane on Tuesday!! Then we spent Thursday-Saturday prepping it for the painter to come in and blast away! Cleaned, hauled off junk, unloaded the storage unit, corrected poorly installed flooring, corrected trim and cut more trim…trim for days, 🫠repurposed metal furniture left by the sellers….Yes, someone else’s trash became our treasure! We are a bit sore (actually a lot sore) but it’s great to see your son putting in the sweat to provide for his family. The highlight was the purchase of a cordless nail gun and an electric power washer! Days of dragging an air compressor around is gone! 😂 This will be a beautiful home filled with lots of love!💕

Delivering bad news to buyers who were planning their furniture placement and their future life in this home. Due to health concerns, I advised them it was best to walk away. I also looked at past sales photos that told a completely different story of the home. I will always protect my clients to the best of my ability. Don’t ever skip the inspection. In old homes, I recommend sewer scope, mold testing and radon (if applicable). This along with a regular home inspection. 💔 Back to the search!!🔍
