We didn’t hire a contractor. We didn’t hire a designer. We did it ourselves.

This building was a shell when we found it. Every interior wall came out. Every space was reimagined from scratch designed by us, built by us, finished by us. Kacey, Tiffanie, and the team showed up every single day and made it happen.

We self-contracted the entire renovation. We sourced every material, made every design decision, and did the majority of the physical work ourselves. We brought in specialists for electrical and HVAC — because that’s just smart but every screw, every wall, every door and everything else? That was us.

It took longer than planned. It pushed us in ways we didn’t expect. And it came out better than we ever imagined.

We think how you build your own space says everything about how you’ll care for someone else’s.

Hi Premium Rentals friends! A couple of tips to help anyone who might be inquiring of Kacey and I for questions you have regarding the following:

🏡 Bookings and quotes:
We are frequently asked about people wanting to see the different properties we have or receive quotes for specific dates to stay at one of our short term rentals.

To book and see our properties for a trip go to:
Www.premiumrentals.com
When you get onto the website, you can pick a property under the properties tag, then put in the dates you’d like to stay there and you’ll see the quote of trip cost. Then you can set up your booking independently with the website.

Property management:

📧 Email is the best way to get ahold of us for specific management questions and inquiries since so many of our texts and even social media messages come from current guest interactions.

If you’ve inquired in messages, DM’s or texts about a property or booking quote without a response, we are so sorry! With just Kacey and I running guest communication and the amount of messages we receive, it’s not uncommon for messages to be missed on occasion. A month full of back to back projects, opening 4 new homes the last two weeks for clients we will be property managing for.

Hey there! We are husband + wife, Kacey and Tiffanie Jensen.

We run a business located out of Southern Idaho called Premium Rentals with a handful of homes that we use for hosting travelers from a variety of sites like Airbnb, VRBO, Trip Advisor, booking.com & more.
