Maybe starting over isn’t about forgetting where you’ve been.

Maybe it’s about taking everything you’ve learned, everything you’ve worked through, and everything that’s made you stronger…

and deciding there’s still so much more ahead. 🏡❤️

At 56, I stepped into real estate with excitement, a little fear, and a whole lot to learn.

There have been late nights, questions, paperwork, negotiations, nervous moments, and plenty of “Okay… what do I do now?” 😂

But I kept showing up.

And this Friday, I get to celebrate something I will never forget…

Deidra’s home.
Her new beginning.
And another milestone in mine.

This journey has become about so much more than buying and selling houses.

It’s about building relationships.
It’s about earning trust.
It’s about helping people find a place where their next chapter can begin.

And it’s about proving to myself that it’s never too late to chase a dream.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has trusted me, encouraged me, answered my million questions, shared my name, or simply believed I could do this.

I’m just getting started.

There are more families to help.
More doors to open.
More keys to hand over.
More dreams to build.

I am not finished.

Not with real estate.
Not with my dreams.
Not with the woman I’m becoming.

I’m not finished… not even close. ❤️🏡🔑

And I can’t wait to see who I get to help next.

First real estate transaction… and WOW! 😂👠☕️📱💻

Nobody warned me I’d be walking a tightrope in stilettos with coffee in one hand, my phone balanced on my shoulder, and my laptop tucked under my arm while trying to keep both my buyer and seller happy! 😅

Every conversation teaches me something new, and I’m loving every minute of the journey. I’m learning that real estate is so much more than showing homes—it’s problem-solving, negotiating, communicating, and staying calm when things get interesting.

Here’s to getting my very first transaction across the finish line! 🏡❤️ Thank you to everyone who’s been cheering me on!

Behind every successful closing is a process most people never see.

As a new Realtor, one of the things I’ve enjoyed most is learning everything that happens after an offer is accepted. While clients often see the exciting moments, there’s a tremendous amount of work taking place behind the scenes to help keep a transaction moving smoothly.

From inspections and appraisals to title work, financing, deadlines, and constant communication, every step matters.

I’m committed to learning something new every day so I can better serve my clients with confidence, professionalism, and care.

Thank you to everyone who’s encouraging and mentoring me along the way. I’m excited for what’s ahead and look forward to helping many more buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals!

🏡✨ I’M SO EXCITED I CAN HARDLY STAND IT!! ✨🏡

Today I get to celebrate a HUGE milestone in my real estate journey…

My very first home is officially under contract! 🎉🥹

What started as a dream has become a reality, and I couldn’t be more grateful. There has been so much to learn, and I’m thankful for the amazing people who have encouraged me, answered my endless questions, and believed in me along the way.

To my wonderful client… thank you for trusting me to walk beside you through one of the biggest decisions of your life. It truly means more than you’ll ever know.

This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to help many more families find a place to call home. ❤️🏡

My first client… but she’s so much more than that. ❤️

I’ve known Deidra for quite some time, and I’m blessed to call her not only my client but also my friend.

Last night we spent the evening touring homes. While we didn’t find the one just yet, I know we will.

I’ve always believed that when you walk into the right home, you just know. You can already picture where the Christmas tree will stand, imagine birthday parties filled with laughter, Thanksgiving dinners around the table, graduation celebrations, and friends gathered together making memories.

That’s the difference between a house and a home.

A house is made of walls and a roof.
A home is where life happens, where love grows, and where memories are made.

I can’t wait for the day Deidra walks into her home and says, “This is it.” And I’ll be honored to be there when she does. 🏡❤️

🏡 I can hardly contain my excitement! ❤️

Tomorrow is a milestone I’ll never forget…

My very first buyer showing as a Realtor! 🎉

What makes it even more special is how it came together. During today’s open house, I had the privilege of meeting two wonderful brothers who are hoping to bring their parents closer to family here in Idaho. They asked me to help them find the right home, and tomorrow we begin that journey together.

A few months ago, I was studying late into the night, praying I’d pass my exams and wondering if this dream would ever become reality.

Tomorrow, that dream takes another step forward.

This isn’t just my first showing—it’s my first opportunity to help a family through one of life’s biggest decisions, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

If you think of me tomorrow around 4:30, I’d truly appreciate your prayers that I listen well, serve this family with excellence, and help them find the perfect place for Mom and Dad. ❤️
