🏡 I can hardly contain my excitement! ❤️

Tomorrow is a milestone I’ll never forget…

My very first buyer showing as a Realtor! 🎉

What makes it even more special is how it came together. During today’s open house, I had the privilege of meeting two wonderful brothers who are hoping to bring their parents closer to family here in Idaho. They asked me to help them find the right home, and tomorrow we begin that journey together.

A few months ago, I was studying late into the night, praying I’d pass my exams and wondering if this dream would ever become reality.

Tomorrow, that dream takes another step forward.

This isn’t just my first showing—it’s my first opportunity to help a family through one of life’s biggest decisions, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

If you think of me tomorrow around 4:30, I’d truly appreciate your prayers that I listen well, serve this family with excellence, and help them find the perfect place for Mom and Dad. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me, shared my posts, referred friends, and believed in me from the very beginning. You’re part of this milestone too.

Lately I’ve been reminding myself…

I want everything to be microwave.

But life is a crock-pot.

Businesses are built one relationship at a time.

Trust is built one conversation at a time.

Dreams are built one step at a time.

Faith grows one prayer at a time.

It’s easy to celebrate the harvest.

What’s harder is celebrating the planting.

Farmers don’t dig up seeds every week to see if they’re growing.

They plant.

They water.

They trust.

And maybe the biggest lesson is this…

Don’t try to decide the ending of your story while you’re still in the middle of a difficult chapter.

So…

I’ll keep planting.

I’ll keep watering.

I’ll keep trusting.

Because even when I can’t see the seeds growing… I still trust. ❤️🌾

And I believe that, in God’s perfect timing, the harvest will come.

Some Will. Some Won’t. So What? Someone Is Waiting.

Yesterday, someone said something to me that I haven’t stopped thinking about.

He looked at me and said,

“Karen… you have blind faith.”

At first, I wasn’t sure what he meant.

Then he explained.

He said I was jumping in with both feet, learning as I went, talking to people, asking questions, and simply doing the work without overthinking every step. He even told me that in one week I had generated more leads than many people they’ve met.

The funny thing is…

I don’t feel extraordinary.

I don’t have all the answers.

I still have moments where I wonder if I’m doing everything right.

But I’ve made one decision…

Fear isn’t an option anymore.

It doesn’t get to make my decisions.

It doesn’t get to determine my future.

It doesn’t get to tell me what I’m capable of.

When I started this new journey, I made one simple commitment to myself.

Talk to five people every day.

That’s it.

Five conversations.

Five opportunities to listen.

Five chances to encourage someone.

Five chances to help.

As I was thinking about all of this, I remembered something my dad has been telling me for as long as I can remember.

Some will.

Some won’t.

So what?

For years, I heard those words.

Today… I finally understand them.

Not everyone will believe in your dream.

Not everyone will understand your vision.

Not everyone will see your potential.

So what?

Then life taught me one more line…

Someone is waiting.

Someone is waiting for your kindness.

Someone is waiting for your encouragement.

Someone is waiting for your gift.

Someone is waiting for you to finally believe in yourself.

If I had let fear win…

If I had let someone else’s opinion define my worth…

If I had waited until I felt completely ready…

I might never have met the people I’m already being blessed to serve.

So if you’re standing at the edge of something new…

Take the step.

Learn as you go.

Trust God with the outcome.

Keep showing up.

Keep believing.

Because every “no” gets you one step closer to the right “yes.”

And remember…

Some will.

Some won’t.

So what?

Someone is waiting.

Fear isn’t an option.

And Dad…

Thank you for planting those first three lines in my heart all those years ago. I didn’t fully understand them then, but I do now.

I love you… and I’m still learning from you every day. ❤️

Know your worth.

Growth begins when you stop letting fear make your decisions and start believing in what you’re capable of.

This year I stepped outside my comfort zone, earned my real estate license, and began building a career I’m truly passionate about.

Every client, every conversation, and every opportunity reminds me I made the right decision.

If you’re thinking about making a change in your own life, don’t underestimate what can happen when you believe in yourself.

I stopped staring at the glass ceiling and started looking through it.

I know my worth.

I know what I’m capable of.

And I’m no longer afraid to chase the life God has placed on my heart.

🏡 What an incredible couple of days! ❤️

One thing I’ve learned already is that becoming a REALTOR® doesn’t stop when you get your license—it really is just the beginning!

These last few days have been filled with learning, growing, and building relationships that will help me better serve my future clients.

✅ Meeting with an amazing title company to learn the ins and outs of the closing process.

✅ Connecting with incredible lending partners who are passionate about helping people achieve the dream of homeownership.

✅ Taking classes, learning new marketing tools, and building systems that will help make buying or selling a home as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Every meeting, every class, and every new connection is preparing me to better serve the people who trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

🎉 And here’s the part I’ve been looking forward to…

In the very near future, I’ll be hosting my very own Open House! 🏡

I couldn’t be more excited! This is another exciting milestone in my real estate journey, and I can’t wait to welcome people in, answer questions, and help families explore what’s available here in the Treasure Valley.
