Your inspection time frame allows you the opportunity, once under contract, to have a licensed third party come through the home and check the ins and outs of the home itself. This is also your time frame to look for things like “is the garage door tall enough”, “will the couch fit in the living room”, “how long does the drive to work take” and even “is there a crazy neighbor streaking through the yard”.
The Inspection is a very important process in purchasing a home- never give it up.

Busted for dealing real estate dreams, hugs, and really good customer service…

In all honesty, the closest I’ve come to a felony is the time I ran over a mailbox… but that’s a story for another day.

What I am guilty of? Caring deeply, asking the right questions, explaining the process, and making sure my clients feel informed, protected, and supported from beginning to end.

Real estate should never feel confusing, rushed, or transactional. My goal is to lead with honesty, transparency, integrity, and a whole lot of heart.

Me, calmly reminding you this is exactly why we do the inspection: 😅

A home inspection is not there to scare you.
It is there to protect you.

Because the house may look cute online, but she might be holding together with hope, caulk, and a 1987 electrical panel.

Always get the inspection.
Ask questions.
