Running on 6 hrs of sleep in the last 48 hrs I ran a 5k Spartan in Nashville.

I ended up doing pretty good. Third fastest overall and first in my age group. The two ahead of me were more than half my age.

A couple local gals took me to hike "la montaña" (Hooiberg) in Aruba which was more like a hill but it was fun.

My second time up was 5'45". Next time I go I will break 5 min.

Happy birthday Sophie!!

My girl is 15 today. I can't believe it.

She has been my running buddy since she was 1, she takes up most of my bed, doesn't shut up and she is a lover. She is the best dog and the most consistent thing in my life for the last 15 years. I am going to be a wreck when she is gone.

Here's to many more years my girl!!
