Polaris Real Estate of Idaho Associate Broker at Silvercreek Real Estate
CRS, GRI, Real Estate Instructor

We’re Krista and Travis Pol—real estate partners, husband and wife, and your go-to team for buying, selling, and settling into the good life here in the Treasure Valley. I’ve been in real estate since 2013, and if we haven’t met yet, I’m Krista—Associate Broker, rural property nerd, relocation whisperer, and part-time tour guide for anyone dreaming of a slower, sweeter life in the Treasure Valley. Travis (California-born, Idaho-adopted, and yes, he fell in love with me and the Gem State) joined me full-time after years in HVAC and let me tell you—he’s the calm in the chaos, the detail guy, and the one who makes sure we don’t skip lunch on busy days. We work as a team in life and in business—combining deep industry experience, steady follow-through, and a bit of humor to keep things light. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or trying to figure out what in the world to do with inherited property—we’ve probably helped someone through it before, and we’d be honored to help you too. We love Idaho, musical theater, iced coffee, singing in the car (off-key but with confidence), and finding beauty in the everyday. Our life’s about faith, family, and helping others build a life they love—starting with where they live.

When it comes to making an offer, there's no single right answer.

Some buyers go in stronger on price to stand out. Others ask for a seller credit to keep more cash in their pocket at closing.

Both can be smart moves depending on the market and your goals.

Swipe through to see how each strategy works, then tell us: which approach would you take?

And if you want to talk it through before your next offer, give us a call at 208-505-0450. We're happy to help.

Selling a home is never just a transaction. It's closing a chapter on memories made, moments shared, and a place that meant something. Our clients trusted us to help them do that, and we don't take that lightly.

So proud to have been part of this journey with them. Wishing them all the best as they head into this exciting next season of life.

If you or someone you know is thinking about making a move in the Treasure Valley, we'd love to help.

Happy Mother's Day to every mom and mother figure out there.

You're the reason a house becomes a home. 🌷

We'd love to know: what's your mom's favorite room in the house, and why? Drop it in the comments and let's celebrate her today!

Small changes, big difference. 🌎

Earth Day is a great reminder that you don't have to overhaul everything to make an impact.

Swapping out old bulbs for LEDs, adding a smart timer, installing a low-flow showerhead ... these little upgrades add up fast. And they're good for your home's efficiency too.

What's one green habit you've adopted at home? We'd love to hear it! 🌿

If you could only choose one, what would it be? 🤔

A backyard made for morning coffee, summer evenings, and room to just... breathe. Or a kitchen that makes every meal feel like a special occasion and entertaining feel effortless.

We see both sides of this debate daily in our work, and honestly, Treasure Valley has some incredible homes that deliver on both.

But if you had to pick just one, which would it be? Tell us in the comments! ⬇️
