Waverton is on the horizon, and we are excited to see this new Brighton community take shape in northwest Meridian.

Planned just northwest of Chinden and Black Cat, Waverton will include more than 150 homes with a thoughtful mix of for-sale homes and homes for lease. The first phase will feature all for-sale homes, with the leasing product planned for a future phase.

Designed with everyday living in mind, the community will offer a blend of conventional and carriage lane style homes, along with amenities like a tot lot, dog park, and a multi use path. With easy access to the Central Valley Expressway via the Highway 16 extension, getting around the Treasure Valley will be simple and convenient.

We look forward to bringing Waverton to life and sharing more as plans move forward.
