Here is your April 2023 Market Update! 🎥

Ada County totaled 645 homes sold in the month of April with a median price of $517,500. Meanwhile, in Canyon County, 202 transactions were successfully completed with a median home price of $370,000. This is a -13.3% and -12.9% YoY change respectively.
