I meal prep on the weekend so thought I’d share our current breakfast favorite!🍳
Pre-Heat Oven 425°
Fill Jumbo Sized Silicone Muffin Pan:
-Thawed hash browns
-Cooked ground sausage
-Sprinkle favorite cheese
-1 large egg/ mold
Break yolks & lightly spread out so it seeps down to the hash browns. Season to your taste, we use Himalayan salt, pepper & creole mix for a little kick. Bake 30-35min. I do put my silicone pans on a cookie sheet when I bake them. Let cool in the molds for 5-10 min & then use a silicone spatula to scoop out & remain cooling on a wire rack. I store mine in a sealed container in stacks divided by parchment sheets. Pop in the air fryer to reheat. CHEERS TO QUICK & EASIER MORNINGS!!☀️
