I became a licensed Real Estate Consultant in February 2000, and an Associate Broker in 2008. I have experience in many areas of real estate, including foreclosure and short sale properties, resale of existing homes, new construction, acreages and income properties. I have been actively inv

olved in the start-up and marketing of new subdivisions, working with developers and builders to establish communities in varying price ranges. In addition to specializing in listing homes, I also have extensive experience with buyers, both in the resale market, including foreclosure and short sales, and with custom build jobs. With the fast changes in the marketplace, education is critical, and I strive to achieve the highest level of education. I believe that giving back is important, so I am very active in the real estate community. I served as the 2009 President for the Idaho State Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors, and am currently serving as the 2011 President of the Nampa Association of Realtors. I am a member of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce, and served on the Board of the God & Country Family Festival for 6 years. Over the years I have consistently been a Top Producer and Honor Society Member. I have been honored to be named the 2006 Realtor of the Year for the Nampa Association of Realtors, 2008 Member of the Year and Business Woman of the Year for the Canyon County Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors, and one of the Idaho Business Reviews' Women of the Year for Idaho in 2011. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Consultant I spent many years working in the legal field as a Paralegal.
