April snap shot on our 🏠 market is here!

Median sales price slightly decreased which is nice for buyers due to the higher interest rates on mortgages. Days on market has increased too, this gives buyers and sellers the opportunity to negotiate things in the contract.

March market snapshot for 2026. Median price in ADA country decreased compared to last March. Homes are on the market for a few more days as well compared to last years. The Spring market is here but a bit slower than the past few years. Higher interest rates and weariness with the economy can play a role in that.

Ada county February market stats show us that home sale prices increased 1.5% from 2025. Homes are on the market a little longer than 2025 as well which can help buyers negotiate.
Inventory increased by 4.4% from last year as well which means we have more homes on the market to choose from! Spring is quickly coming which should put more homes on the market!
