I love it when I have an offer before the sign even hits the ground….

This one was special - I helped my client purchase this new build just under two years ago and in that time, she found love and is getting married ❤️ ultimately resulting in her moving back to her hometown. She asked me to list it and we wanted to capitalize on the Spring Break rush, so I listed it on that Friday I was in New York and staked the sign in Monday. We had an offer Sunday night with multiple showings Monday and a backup offer Monday night.

HUGE congrats to my clients, Handy and Nikki who purchased their very first home yesterday! So excited for them to expand from a small apartment to a 4 bedroom house!

I learned quite a bit on this transaction about probate and how different counties operate in Idaho on that subject - still after nearly 11 years in real estate, you learn something new on almost every transaction!
