Winter-my favorite time of the year! The holidays tend to bring out the best in a home. Doesn’t it feel warm and cozy when decorated for the season? Buyers can picture themselves celebrating with their families-it’s an emotional connection. Sellers have said to me that they want to wait until spring, but with fewer homes on the market in the winter, there's less competition from other sellers. It’s a great time to list! And buyers-you have less competition now also. Sure more homes get listed in the spring, but there’s also competition from many more buyers looking too! So for sellers and buyers alike, it’s a win-win!
