Northern Virginia real estate is NOT for the weak! One minute we’re showing homes in Arlington, the next we’re rushing to a closing in Fairfax, and somewhere in between we’re answering, “Is this house still available?” for the 100th time. 🤣

Are we tired? YES.
Are we juggling 100 things? ALWAYS.
Do we love helping people find their place in NoVA? ABSOLUTELY. ❤️

Some days we’re closing deals. Other days we’re surviving on coffee, GPS, and pure determination. 😂

Rule 1: You’re just outside DC, which means big-city opportunities without having to live in the city.

Rule 2: A 15-mile drive might take a while, but there’s always a cute coffee shop or hidden gem worth stopping for.

Rule 3: Everyone asks what you do for work, and you never know what interesting people you’ll meet.

Rule 4: You get to experience all four seasons, from beautiful cherry blossoms to colorful fall foliage.

Rule 5: You’ll eventually master I-95, I-66, and the Beltway. Consider it a local superpower. 😂

Rule 6: Historic towns, city life, horse country, and Virginia w**e country can all happen in one weekend.

Rule 7: The first snowfall turns every neighborhood into a winter wonderland (after everyone stocks up on bread, of course).

Rule 8: Every NOVA local has a favorite neighborhood, and they’ll happily tell you why it’s the best place to live.

Rule 9: Between farmers markets, local restaurants, parks, and w**eries, there’s always something to explore.

I’d visit these cute small towns any time of year, to be honest!

Middleburg, VA feels like a little countryside escape tucked right into Northern Virginia.

It’s historic. It’s walkable. It’s surrounded by gorgeous Virginia countryside.
