With extreme cold weather heading our way, let’s make sure our homes stay snug and safe! A few quick reminders to help keep Jack Frost at bay:

❄️ Keep those faucets flowing: Drip cold water from your bathroom and kitchen faucets to prevent pipes from freezing. A little drip goes a long way! 💧

❄️ Open sesame: Open your bathroom and kitchen cabinets under the sinks to let warm air circulate. Your pipes will thank you! 🚪✨

❄️ Stay warm: Keep your thermostat set to at least 60°F – your home (and toes!) will stay nice and toasty. 🌡️🔥

Important: If you suspect a frozen pipe, please call emergency maintenance right away, 219-798-1551 Do not attempt to thaw it yourself. We’re here to help!🥶
