📢 Market Update: Park Improvements Coming! 🌳🏀

Great news for our local communities! Thanks to a $1 million grant secured with the help of State Senator Napoleon B. Harris III, the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District and Midlothian Park District are getting major upgrades!

✅ Homewood-Flossmoor Park District ($600K) – Expanding Irwin Park with a new playground, rain garden, story walk, and seating areas to create a more inclusive and beautiful space for everyone.

✅ Midlothian Park District ($400K) – Revamping Memorial Park with pickleball courts, outdoor fitness stations, a new playground, a pollinator garden, and a community gathering space!
