Yesterday, our office received a visit from a mail carrier. Pat advised her that we had mail inside, but she was unwilling to accept it, stating that we needed to bring it to her as she was unable to shut off her truck. The mail carrier, a young Caucasian redhead, exhibited unprofessional behavior. As a result, our mail has been held up here since Monday. Notably, when our mail does arrive, it often includes past-due bills. We are required to add postage to our bills and take them to the post office to have them tracked, as they frequently fail to reach our home office for timely payment.
