Position Overview: We are actively seeking an outgoing individual with office experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing additional administrative support to our team in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
· Ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
· Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail/Critical thinker
· Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
· Previous office, clerical experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and mail distribution.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
• Maintain and update company calendar, databases and records.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.
• Assist in entering our marketing brochures into Commercial Real Estate websites.
• Increase our social media presence on Linked-In and Facebook.
• Provide website updates with company news and press releases.
• Schedule routine marketing eblasts of exclusive listings.
• Investment searches
