Lisa began working in the housing industry as a leasing specialist while in college. “I really enjoyed helping people find a home they could be happy in!” She returned to property management
in 2001 as CPM’s Director of Marketing and became their Vice President of Property Management. In this role, she took charge of the company’s residential and commercial portfolios. This included conversion of more than 200 apartments into condominiums. A Broker in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Lisa specializes in Northern Massachusetts and the White Mountain region of New Hampshire. She has been involved in more than 250 residential real estate transactions and more than 50 commercial agreements. I try to bring my experience to every part of a move, from the decision to sell, to pre-sale prep, to showings, to negotiating offers, to choices for a new home. I do my best to alleviate the stress and provide my clients with the best options every step of the way! When Lisa steps away from real estate, she enjoys many outdoor activities. This includes cycling, skiing, hiking and kayaking as well as traveling, attending musical and theatre performances and enjoying time with family and friends. Zachary Mootz, Realtor®
Zach decided to get into estate while working as a building materials salesman. “Whenever I would visit a new jobsite, I would really enjoy seeing all of the unique features of a home. I would hear the owners talk about how they plan on utilizing the house. These experiences helped me to make the decision to begin a career in real estate.”

Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time hiking, swimming and mountain biking and spending time with his wife Alexa. “Last year we got married, bought our first home, and recently found out that we are expecting our first child. I am excited for what the future holds for me and my family, and I am looking forward to helping other families find their little slice of heaven also!”

Geoff has spent most of his career in the housing industry. Starting in property management, he made the move to Real Estate transactions in 2017. A New Hampshire native, Geoff has experience remodeling homes. He feels that experience is an added value to his clients when contemplating a home purchase. “I think back to when my wife and I purchased our home. Our realtor was truly knowledgeable! I do not think we could have done it without her. I want to be that person for my clients, the one that you can trust to help you.”
During his free time Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife, Danielle, who he met in the first grade! We bought our first home in Pittsfield and love being so close to the lakes and mountains. We enjoy cruising on our motorcycle, walking our two dogs & kayaking. I also have a wood working shop where I make pens, bowls and cutting boards. Geoff is licensed in New Hampshire and specializes in Southern New Hampshire and the Lakes Region.
