💰 Median Sales Price: ↑ 0.5% ($380,000)
📉 New Pending Sales: ↓ 16.0%
🏠 New Listings: ↑ 2.2%
📦 Months’ Supply: 3.5 months (↓ 20.5%)
💵 Cash Sales: ↓ 9.0%

What does this mean for buyers and sellers?
