Story time!! In November 2023, I met the sellers of this beautiful home. In January 2024, we went on the market. I had a 6 month listing agreement with my clients, and we went under contract and were set to close a week or so before our agreement expired.

The buyers ended up backing out, and my sellers & I decided to let our listing agreement expire. They ended up listing with another agent (this agent is wonderful as well) But in May 2024 I was so down because it was the first client I had ever lost. I felt like a failure, but I had grown so much through the process.

The sellers had went back on market with the other agent (wonderful) for another 6 months. Still nothing. You may wonder what the heck is wrong with this house?? Honestly, nothing, haha. Their agreement expired, and to my surprise the sellers called me to relist their home. I actually told them no.

But after some more back n forth, we relisted in February 2025, and finally closed end of April 2025

15 months on the market and we finally did it!!! It felt like such an accomplishment, not because I have the magic touch by any means, but because The Lord really redeemed my time, and showed me to keep being professional and Christ-like through the ups and downs.

I’m not saying every deal we lose, we will get back- because I’ve lost a few more since then. But 124 Uranus Ct. will always be a testament of God seeing things through to completion. Honored He allowed me to be a part of this one. ☀️☀️☀️
