A look at my December so far as a full-time Realtor® on Florida’s East Coast 🤍

Three closings and not a single one came without its own story.

One home sat 349 days on the market with another agent. With the right strategy, pricing, and communication it sold in 19 days. Just 28 days after the seller first contacted me.

The second was extra special..repeat clients I had the honor of helping again years later. I always say this, and I’ll keep saying it: I’m not in the business of selling houses, I’m in the business of lifelong relationships.

The third fell apart with the first buyer. Instead of panicking, I went back to the relationships already built. We were under contract again within days, navigated inspection negotiations, a low appraisal, and even a closing delay. BUT, we still made it to the closing table in 35 days.

Outside of those closings, two listings went under contract within days! One with 22 showings and multiple offers, and another with a full-price offer in under 24 hours.

And one more listing just received clear to close… a seller I first met almost a year ago. With 12 listings LIVE on market ready for new owners, you can say we are finishing this year strong.

One of our biggest hits was our Elves moonlighting as Firefighters to save a kitten. So far this year we have done a snowball fight and hot cocoa for breakfast.
