𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙨 ➡️ 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖 🌴☀️

While vacationing on the Space Coast, Brandon and Sarah realized they didn't just want to visit Florida, they wanted to call it home.

They searched for local real estate brokerages, found Blue Marlin, and decided to stop by the office to talk about their next steps.

As luck would have it, I was the one who greeted them. We sat down, talked through their goals, created a game plan, and got to work.

Fast forward to today... 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮'𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨! 🏡☀️

But the journey didn't stop there. They also needed to sell their home in Massachusetts, and the sellers of their new Florida home needed to purchase another home themselves. That meant three consecutive sale contingencies that all had to stay perfectly aligned.
