Thank you for stopping by my page and taking the time to read my bio. I want to make this experience about you but you might want to know the basics about me. I have been a Brevard County resident on and off for 27 years! I have been truly blessed with an amazing life of travel and exposure to a vast of experiences that you will quickly realize we share common interests or life experiences. My hop
e is that after learning a bit about me I may stand out from other agents. The reality is you have a choice and I want to be your agent! I am native from the state of Washington however, my parents relocated to Merritt Island in 1987 after my dad spent 22 years in the United States Navy. This was a huge culture shock for me but I believe things happen for reason and moving at such a late time in my high school career has helped shape the person I am. Soon after graduating high school I earned my AA at Brevard County College, married and the United States Air Force transferred my new young family to Yokota Air Base, Japan. After spending four years in Japan the next PCS was Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, Nebraska! While Nebraska was cold…very cold winters, Omaha was the birthplace to my second child and I earned a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Nebraska @ Omaha. Presently I am once again a Brevard county resident for fourteen years, have three boys, a horse and two dogs. I have been working real estate since March 2006 and have managed to coach softball, volleyball and help out from time to time at area high schools. During my down time my family and I take full advantage of Florida’s weather and water activities. After reading this section I hope to hear from you the buyer, seller or renter. Buyers you will want to work with someone you feel comfortable with while working aggressively for you to negotiate the best deal possible and assist in a smooth transaction. I love working with all types of buyers because on closing day I feel such pleasure of joy watching the “first time home buyer,” the new “resident to our county,” the “new starting over buyer,” “investment buyer,” graduate to receiving the keys to their new home. Sellers you will want to hire an agent that will creatively market your home and communicate on a regular basis with you. Renters are our biggest business right now in Brevard County. Inventory is low and properties go fast! This is no surprise as we get more residents relocating from those colder states and renting is a good choice to feel the area for a year before buying. Renters you will want an agent that will be on top of new inventory and can pass this information onto you in a timely fashion. My promise is to give you what you deserve! A trustworthy, motivated, compassionate, knowledgeable and aggressive agent to maneuver through the steps of buying, selling or renting with a sense of peaceful satisfaction.
