🚀 Cocoa Beach market watch: the Space Coast is still giving serious “don’t wait too long” energy.

As of the latest Space Coast Association of REALTORS® data, Brevard single-family homes had a median sold price of $370,000 in February 2026, down 2.3% year over year.

Inventory was tighter too, with single-family months’ supply at 3.9 months, down 9.3% year over year.

For condos and townhomes, Q1 2026 closed sales were up 7.1%, while median sold price landed at $270,000, down 8.5% year over year.

Buyer tip: if you’re eyeing Cocoa Beach, get your financing dialed in before the right beachside property hits.

Seller tip: pricing sharp matters right now, especially with buyers watching value closely.
