Happy 5th Birthday Kinley Mae! šŸŽ‰

It is so hard to believe that our little girl is already 5 years old. She has grown so much over this past year and she continues to astonish me with her questions, her observations and amazing little personality. She is truly the funniest girl and is turning into the best big sister that Emery could ever ask for. I am so proud of the girl she is becoming and I can’t wait to see what else she accomplishes this next year.

ā¤ļø I love you Kinley Mae and Happy Birthday Baby Girl! šŸŽ‚

Happy Mothers Day babe! You are killing this whole mom thing day after day, and making it look real good too btw šŸ˜‰. You are the glue that holds our little family together with the big and little things you do and I am so proud of the role model you are for our little girls. It makes me smile every time they want to be like momma. Rather that’s doing their nails to be fancy or working out since they see you do it every single day šŸ‹ļøā€ā™€ļø. You are the best mom and wife I could have hoped for and hope you had the absolute best day today celebrating you! ā¤ļø

Couldn’t be happier for these two, for their girls, and for all of their future in their forever house. Getting to build a house from the ground up is such a fun and exciting experience. It can be overwhelming at times with so many options but Joe and Nicole were rockstars and were able to keep it in order and they definitely got EVERY detail right in this build. Congrats to the Mis family and can’t wait to see your house become your home!

In real estate, growth doesn’t just happen—it’s a process. To really scale your business, you need to follow a simple framework: Better, More, New.

1ļøāƒ£ Better: First, focus on improving your business. Are your systems working? What’s holding you back from reaching the next level? Fix that bottleneck, whether it’s lead follow-up, client communication, or marketing. Make it better before you move forward.

2ļøāƒ£ More: Once things are running smoothly, it’s time to ramp up. Generate more leads, more deals, more business flow to see if your system can handle the extra pressure. This will help you find the next bottleneck in your process and fix it.

3ļøāƒ£ New: Finally, once you’ve maxed out what you can do, it’s time to introduce something new. Whether it’s a new marketing strategy, new technology, or new partnerships—add it into your system and take it through the same process: make it better, scale it up, and break through to the next level.

This framework is how you scale as a real estate agent—by constantly improving, testing your limits, and adding new value to your business. Ready to break through your next level?

Kinley wanted to stop at Safeway to get Kaitlin some flowers. But, she was definitely excited about the giant pumpkin and wanted to make sure everyone saw how MASSIVE it was. Haha, her words not mine šŸ˜‚

Post dinner bike ride to get some energy out. Emery ran the whole time to keep up with ā€œsisā€. Love how much they are growing together and becoming best friends

Just remember that every once in awhile, to truly achieve and become what we want šŸ¤“ā€¦ we need to step outside of the box šŸ“¦

In real estate, having an organized CRM is crucial for staying on top of your game. That’s why I rely on Follow Up Boss to classify every contact into different stages—whether they’re leads, clients, vendors, or even fellow real estate agents. šŸ”

Each stage plays a vital role in how I interact with my database. For leads, it’s about timely follow-ups and nurturing relationships. For clients, it’s making sure they receive updates and information that are relevant to them. For vendors and agents, it’s all about maintaining solid partnerships and collaboration.

By keeping my contacts clearly defined in these stages, I’m able to:
* Improved Follow-Up: Knowing exactly where someone stands helps me tailor my communication, ensuring I reach out at the right time with the right message.
* Database Quality: A clean, organized database is essential for growing relationships and closing deals. šŸ’¼šŸ”‘ By keeping my contacts organized, I can avoid unnecessary clutter and focus on what matters—delivering value to each person based on their needs.
* Prioritize tasks: Leads get the nurturing they need, clients stay informed, and partners stay connected.
* Efficiency: Classifying contacts into stages means I don’t waste time guessing who needs what. It’s a system that keeps everything flowing smoothly.

Classifying contacts into stages isn’t just about staying organized—it’s about providing the best possible service at every step of the journey. šŸ“ŠāœØ
