This is the kind of Queen Creek property I think a lot of people picture when they start seriously thinking about moving their family to Arizona.
Not because you need a 4,000+ sq ft house.
But because if you’re going to make the move, maybe you want your life to feel different too.
More space between you and your neighbors.
A backyard where the kids can swim, run around and have their friends over.
Mountain views while you’re sitting outside at the end of the day.
Room for the toys, cars, RV, or whatever else you’ve accumulated after working your ass off for years.
And NO HOA telling you what you can park in your own driveway.
This one sits on 1.22 acres in Queen Creek with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 4,187 sq ft. There’s also a detached RV garage/workshop with its own bathroom, HVAC and utilities.
But the backyard is what got me.
That pool has a waterfall, grotto and slide, there’s a huge grass area, and you’ve got mountain and sunset views behind it all.
This is why I tell people relocating here not to assume Arizona means choosing between a subdivision with tiny lots or moving an hour away from everything.
There are pockets of Queen Creek where you can get some serious breathing room and still have the everyday stuff close by.
