‼️ Here are a couple things to expect at our initial consultation ‼️
1️⃣ I will ask you A LOT of questions. I want to get to know about you, your family, your life and current situation, and some things about your home or you are looking for in a home. We will get to know each other to see if we will be a good fit to work together 😊
2️⃣ I will go over the whole process with you. From the current consultation, all the way up until you hand over keys or receive keys! I want you to be prepared for such an exciting time!
3️⃣ If we decide we are a good fit, we will go over a tentative timeline and map out a game plan for our time working together!
‼️ Things you can expect from me as your agent during your home buying or selling process ‼️
1️⃣ Regular communication. I am a big communicator; I would want to be updated and informed regularly-so I definitely put myself in your shoes for this. This is a must for me!
2️⃣ Met deadlines. As your agent, you put your trust in me to get the job done. I stay very organized for both of our sakes. Ultimately, it would fall on my shoulders and you would be the one to suffer for it. I make a dedicated effort to NOT let that happen!
3️⃣ Build a relationship. You start as a client, but I hope to work towards a more long-standing relationship! I want to know about special times in your life and about your families interests.. you will be more than a client, hopefully a friend, as we work together more, and I appreciate the trust you would have in me to be able to establish a new relationship!
