Ten years ago, iFixem Phone Repairs opened its doors in the Queen Creek Marketplace, right next door to Verizon, sharing space with Data Doctors and serving a community we’ve grown to love. Before that, from 2013 to 2015, we ran iFixem right out of our home when we lived in The Villages here in Queen Creek—built on hard work, long hours, and a genuine desire to help our neighbors.
Thanks to your trust and support, our small, family-owned business didn’t just survive—it thrived for a full decade.
Recently, the landlords at Queen Creek Marketplace made the decision to raise rent by 43%. Unfortunately, that increase makes it impossible for a small, independently owned repair shop like ours to continue operating in that location.
While this chapter is closing, iFixem is not going anywhere.
We are proud to share that we will continue operating iFixem Phone Repairs—returning, for the time being, to our roots. Customers will now visit us at our home - near Signal Butte & Ocotillo - for phone, tablet, and game console repairs. The same honest service, fair pricing, and careful workmanship you’ve trusted for years—just in a more personal setting.
This transition isn’t about giving up; it’s about doing what small businesses have always done: adapting, persevering, and choosing sustainability over surrender. Your continued support means everything to us, and it truly helps keep a local, family-run business alive in a time when doing business is becoming harder for many small shops.
