Banana Bread Brownies 😋😋🍌🍌
Ingredients:
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 4 ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Ingredients for Brown Butter Frosting:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 Tbsp milk
Instructions:
1. I preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan by greasing and flouring it.
2. For the brownies, I beat together sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs in a large bowl until the mixture becomes creamy. Then, I incorporate the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
3. Next, I add flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl, blending everything for about 1 minute. I stir in the chopped walnuts as the final step.
4. I evenly spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes or until it achieves a golden brown color.
5. While the brownies are baking, I prepare the frosting. In a large saucepan over medium heat, I melt 1/2 cup of butter until it starts boiling. I let the butter turn a delicate brown and then promptly remove it from the heat.
6. To the browned butter, I add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. I whisk the ingredients until smooth, ensuring the consistency is thicker than a glaze but thinner than frosting.
7. Using a spatula, I spread the brown butter frosting over the warm bars. It's easier to spread the frosting while the bars are still warm.

I will be doing a open house at 2320 E Tahitian Way Gilbert AZ. on Saturday November 19 , 2022 ,,,10 to 2 pm . The home sits in the Great neighborhood of Val Vista Lakes. It is close to shopping and the freeway system. The home is a little over 2000 sq ft and is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a good size lot. The home is clean and in move in condition. Does have room for upgrades to make it your own. Val Vista Lakes amenities include a community lake, Clubhouse, Pool, Sports courts Spa. . The home does have a formal living room and formal dinning room and great room and eat in Kitchen, Some fruit trees in the yard. great curb appeal .
