While it is true that we are in the information age, we are now experiencing an era of a lot of false information / misinformation. We can no longer just simply believe everything we read. We have to take a deeper look into it and see the source of the information, who stands to gain from it, and what motive they have.
Do you find more data supporting that information? Or do you find more that conflicts with that information?
This kind of thing has infiltrated the real estate industry to the point of established businesses are operating being fueled by people believing false information.
As a real estate agent I am trained to work in the best interest of clients. As a Realtor® I operate under a sworn pledge of more stringent fiduciary responsibilities to clients. As a Coldwell Banker Realtor® I am fully backed by a company that was built and focuses on ethics and fairness in the marketplace. We have been ranked as one of the world’s most ethical companies for many consecutive years.
So when dealing with your largest and most valuable personal asset, don’t trust it to a “nay-sayer” pretending they can save you a few bucks. The reality is such people/businesses actually cost you more through lack of efforts and poor marketing.
