This home is so beautiful. I just recently listed it, it belongs to Richard's sister and brother in law. It has the most beautiful backyard, with huge pool with waterfall and slide and a big wonderful bar, such an amazing place for entertaining. The inside is re-done and just as lovely, with a California Beach décor, soft cool colors. Very open floorplan, great kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, island with barstools, perfect for get togethers. Master Bedroom is downstairs with the other large 4 bedrooms and loft upstairs. Very roomy. This home is known for all the Christmas decorations. It is amazing this wonderful home is now available.
