Yesterday morning I showed a new client a home for sale. It was not the right home for them and they pulled out their phone to show me pictures of their "dream house". I started laughing as soon as I saw the first picture as it was a home I helped a buyer purchase three months ago. Of all the homes sold in Phoenix, I guess the odds were in my favor😂
