First impressions matter, and the outside of a property is the first thing a buyer sees. Here are some of our favorite ways to boost curb appeal without breaking the budget:

Fix and flip activity is alive and well across the markets we serve! πŸ πŸ”¨

Here's a quick look at Q4 2025 flipping trends across 6 states where Boomerang Capital funds loans (based on a report shared by ATTOM).

Tennessee leads the group with a 57.1% gross ROI, which is well above the national average of 23.6%. Oklahoma isn't far behind at 42.3%, making it one of the more efficient markets in the country right now.

Arizona and Colorado are both trending in the right direction, with profits and ROI up year over year in both states πŸ“ˆ

And if volume tells you anything about opportunity: Texas ranked #3 in the entire country for flip activity in Q4, while Utah held a spot in the top 5 most active markets nationwide.
