2405 N Pyrite - 1,825 sq. ft., 3 bedroom/2 bath; listed at $540,000 but recently reduced to $499,999 (51 DOM)

Here is an update on what's been happening with home sales over past two months:

2464 N Cabot Circle has been on the market 24 days at a sales price of $700,000 - 4 bed/2 bath - 2,245 square feet with a pool.

Two homes just went under contract here in Boulder Mountain:

2427 N Trenton - under contract on August 11, just 31 days after it hit the market - listed at $750,000 but sales price can vary.

2435 N Trenton - under contract on August 25, just 47 days after it hit the market - listed at $625,000 but sales price can vary.

One home is back on the market at a reduced price up in the Estates:

9426 E Nora Street - listed at $849,000 and sat on the market for 50 days has been re-listed with a new price of $799,000.
